Inscriptions: Handwritten on back: Brick House. Three story and basement pressed-brick dwelling containing 19 rooms and 1 bath. Stone foundations, brick walls, marble trimmings, blinds at windows, box cornice, metal gutters and leaders. Brick floor in bassement, other floors double of joist construction with pine flooring. Gable roof of rafter construction with slate roofing, third floor finished. Walls and ceilings plastered, painted trim. Plumbing; steam heating; electric lights.
