Description: This image shows the Middle Amana Woolen Mill and is a modern (c 1970s) print from an original glass plate negative, taken circa 1900. The smokestack is the only visible feature still standing today (2012). This location became the site of Amana Refrigeration, and is now the location of Whirlpool - Amana Products Division. Provenance: Purchased from Peter Hoehnle.
