Jud Presmont designed the “Idea Fest”. He is a decorated World War II veteran. He is a lifetime member of AMVETS. Jud is offering a course on Creative Visualization using Interactive Guided Imagery. The Idea Fest is part of a larger design called, appropriately enough, the “Presmont Plan”. Jud’s plan connects myriads of Special Interest Groups (SIGs) to networks of other SIGs. Examples of SIGs are Positive Patriotism, Practical Idealism, Civic Virtue and Social Altruism. The Presmont Plan is an example of Practical Idealism in action. From Idea Fests SIGs are born. By sharing our thoughts, ideas and visions with others we find true kindred spirits. A kindred spirit may be defined as someone with whom we share in common a number of interests, bonds, goals and purposes. A true kindred spirit is someone with whom we are in attunement over a variety of issues, ideals, beliefs and perspectives.
