There will be a MONDAY NIGHT RAP at the
ECOLOGY CENTER, 13 Columbus. San Francis—
co, each Monday at 8:00 P.M. sponsored by
the WEST COAST PEOPLES COMMUNE. People
interested in creative. cooperative work and
group living are invited to attend. There is no
charge.

The People's Commune of new China is a
big success and it shouldwork in America on a
voluntary basis. it means town and country vil-
lages designed around ecology and waste-
lree living. People could live in a paradlsical
setting where they would grow their own food
and build their own low-cost housing. There
oren‘t any leaders In the commune. Each
member has one vote on all decisions involv»
ing policies.

Also, on the first and third Sunday of each
month there is a POTLUCK VOLLEYBALL SOCIAL
in Golden Gate Park. This is held at 1:00 P.M. in
Llndley Meadow, which is at 30th Avenue and
Kennedy Drive. People bring potluck food and
there is a buffet table. Members meet new»
comers. . .play volleyball. .have discussions
and getto know each other.

The West Coast People's Commune is a
coalition of artists and creative persons who
wantto live In a lifestyle that is non-exploitative.
